A web-based study (up to one year?) of the historical
and religious context of that time and place, focusing primarily from the
birth of Jesus to the destruction of the Temple in 70 AD. For the first
thirty-three years of the study period, the lessons will follow a chronological
sequence from selected passages of the Gospels of Luke and Matthew and
provide the historical and religious context of those verses.
